The hotel location was good because it was close to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the check-in process was quick and smooth. But the best aspect of this hotel was the free golf caddies that were offered to guests. It was a great way to get around and explore the resort at no extra cost.

My experience at this hotel was not very enjoyable. the atmosphere was dominated by loud and disruptive English guests, which made it difficult to relax.

We arrived at 11am and were immediately impressed by the friendly and professional service at Sol Dunas. The staff at the bar were incredibly patient and never underpoured our drinks, even when we were being a bit foolish. We were even given free golf caddies to explore the resort. One staff member, Jose, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and even checked up on us later in the night. He took care of us and made sure we got back to our apartment safely the next day. The receptionists were also very helpful. we had a memorable stay at Sol Dunas.

Our stay at this hotel was truly luxurious and exceeded our expectations. The exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, were amazing. The sun terrace had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas, making it a perfect place to relax with a beauty treatment or facial. The location advantages were great and it was easy to access the beach.

The only minor issue we encountered was the service at the poolside snack bar. While the food and drinks were delicious, the wait staff was slow to take our orders and bring them to us.

We arrived just before noon and got a pretty quick check-in at the hotel. The bartenders were very professional, kind, and attentive. We were also impressed by the level of customer service we got from the golf caddies. Our room was very comfy, and the bathroom was spacious.

The music was too loud, and it was hard to escape it even in our rooms.
